Damaged Products
Despite our best efforts to ensure that your pet’s headstone arrives in perfect condition, we acknowledge that damage may occur during shipping. In such unfortunate instances, we are prepared to offer a refund under the following conditions:

3. Resolution:Â If we determine that the damage is due to shipping or manufacturing issues, we will offer the following options:

     - Replacement: An offer to create and ship a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Exclusions
Please note that our refund policy does not cover damages resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, or alterations made by the customer after receiving the product.
